How do you set your fees?
Our fee structure is customized according to the nature of the assignments we are engaged in. We want to be your valued partner not merely another vendor to your organization. We scope out the effort and charge either on a time and material or on a project basis to ensure you receive the optimal return on your investment in our advisory services.
How does the free consultation work?
We offer a free consultative review session before engaging with a prospective client. Many of our competitors bill for the time it takes to understand what your issues are before even beginning their work to address them. We do not think that is fair. The consultative review enables us to identify the nature of the problem, the stakeholders involved, information available, and set expectations.
Do you provide general business consulting services?
At Aquarius Partners our focus is on customer impacting issues. We narrow the scope of our analyses by leveraging our expertise in customer lifecycle management. While we typically interface with almost every function, we are not generalists.
What if your solution does not fix our problem going forward?
We offer a 3- and 6-month post engagement “check-in”. The purpose of this is to follow-up with stakeholders and ensure that our proposed solution was executed as agreed, and it had the intended effect. If the steps we defined were all followed but the results are not in line with expectations we will review, revise, and reimplement an actionable solution at no additional cost to you.
What makes your consulting services unique?
We have over 35 years of actual experience and cumulative expertise working through customer impacting issues in challenging, fast changing, and resource constrained small to medium sized entities. We do not do “cookie-cutter” advisory solutions; we know that every client’s issues have unique characteristics that require customized, and creative solutions. We are also not undertaking consulting engagements as an entrée to selling and/or integrating a technology platform into your company.
What if we have issues requiring functional expertise Aquarius Partners does not have?
We have ongoing preferred partner relationships with experienced professionals across all operating functions. One of the benefits of our free consultative session is to ensure that our expertise matches the issue(s) challenging your organization. If that is not the case, we are happy to refer you to an appropriate partner. We also collaborate with certain partners in areas that compliment with our experience. This provides the most complete solution for you and your team.
